Happy Birthday to Lee today! he is ....well I better not say.....
My mother always thinks of everything! She cooked a birthday dinner and dessert for everyone since we were all working and in our last day of summer school! otherwise I wouldn't have had such the spread as she did..I probably would have done something much easier...like pizza....and baked a cake! Lee is on Nights, so he came home and slept till we got out of SSchool today, then we all met at mom and dad's after R & I got out of school. We went to help her with what was left. My mom is an awesome cook! we had ham, mashed potatoes, corn, cantaloupe and cheddar biscuits! and dirt cake for dessert....YUMMY!
